My TBR pile is OUT OF CONTROL!!! (and my husband took away my credit cards!) So...I am officially pledging to not buy books for the rest of February. (I've already bought some the first week.) It is gonna be tough because there are some good ones coming out this month but I'm going to be strong and I hope sharing it here will give me the motivation I need to keep this promise. (Watch out March! I'm gonna go book-crazy!)
How long can you go without buying books?
Ugh, sorry you're on a book ban. I don't really buy that many books--prior to my nook, I think the only books I bought last year was the hunger games trilogy. But even with my nook, I really have to justify it before I spend the $$. Guess I'm cheap LOL But I'm lucky that my library is wonderful and gets most of what I want to read. ReplyDeletei'm making the opposite goal. i need to BUY MORE BOOKS! i think the kindle thing is a great invention but its sad that people are leaning away from buying actual books these days and i'm definitely one to blame. i think its great that you buy SO many books that you have to ban yourself for a few weeks! i need to be more like that!
